Refund policy

At FaceFluff, every pillow is custom made just for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind our quality 100%. If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error on our end, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send a photo of the issue to support@facefluff.com
- Include your order number

We will review your case and respond within 24 hours.

We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect photo submitted by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
