PROCESSING TIME
All FaceFluff pillows are custom made to order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

SHIPPING TIME
- Standard shipping: 7–12 business days
- Total delivery time: approximately 9–14 business days from order date

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on all orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at support@facefluff.com and we will investigate immediately.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. FaceFluff is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
